Online sales

It is possible to order specific items through this site, using an online order form.  You will be able to view an image of these items, but, whilst we will do our best to ensure the accuracy of any information or images we place on this site, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to their accuracy.  We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.

Delivery (as appropriate) will be charged on an order by order basis, dependent on the final destination, weight, bulk and shape of articles.  Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods on time, we can accept no liability for delays which are incurred because of circumstances beyond our control.  We will however work closely with our carriers to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.

Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices in the event of any fiscal change in law or Government regulations prior to the date of delivery.  Our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.  We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.  All prices quoted on this site are in pounds sterling.

Our terms are strictly payment with order.  No variation of these terms will be permitted.  Orders will not be despatched until payment has been received.  All card payments are processed on behalf of Sherborne School by Shopify secure payment system and we do not hold credit/debit card information.

Returns and refunds:

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the order has been delivered.  We will issue a refund of the full cost of the goods on receipt.  The order is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection we recommend that you send the package using a tracked delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods.  The cost of returning the package to us is your responsibility.

If goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange them or issue a refund of the full price (including any delivery charges).  However you must notify us of the problem in writing (by email or post) within 7 working days following your acceptance of the delivery.  We will meet the cost of returning the goods, and the delivery cost of any replacement items.

Refunds will be made by the identical method of payment used for the original purchase, within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Should you have any queries regarding your order or goods please contact schoolshop@sherborne.org.
